Visiting Chief of Staff™ Engagement

Our Visiting Chief of Staff™ offering provides organizations with a trusted, experienced partner to
support the CEO and other senior leaders on key strategic and cultural initiatives, allowing you to get
laser-focused on organizational priorities, cultivate highly engaged teams that communicate and
collaborate effectively, and create the foundation for meaningful, lasting results.

How does it work?

This 90-day engagement (typically 15-25 hours per week) with your Visiting Chief of StaffTM increases critical bandwidth and expertise in the areas that matter most to you. We help you gain momentum around important initiatives and implement systems, processes, and tools that support cohesion, accountability, and long-term stability and success. Our engagement will be tailored to your unique priorities. We’ll set specific goals to be achieved in the 90-day time frame, while allowing for flexibility to meet emerging or evolving needs.

The Chief of Staff is intentionally “visiting” (rather than “acting” or “interim”) to set the tone that we are being invited in as a dedicated, caring team member committed to the success of every individual in the organization. What is a Chief of Staff?
